Never received credit for merchandise confirmed returned and received weeks ago.

Lily Pulitzer has the absolute WORST customer service. They are non-responsive and take forever to deliver orders promised and also for credits on returns. This is unacceptable. I have emailed and called more than 3 times and put on hold for 20 min.pre-Recorded message says return credit can take 3 weeks. Unconscionable to say the least. User's recommendation: DONT BUY FROM LILY PULITZER.
