Never receive my money or chairs

Ordered 2 chairs back in January of 2020. Got an email from Sarah immediately saying my order had been received and should ship 4/6, etc. someone was gonna call me to set up delivery when it ships. I texted back in March about any delays known due to COVID and Sarah said none at this time. April 4th Sarah messaged me saying she but got word the 4/6 containers where behind schedule a few weeks due to Transfer in Asian Ports and they would update me with any changes that occur. Then nothing else- on June 9th I texted for an update and got a message reply, throne factory has suspended operations due to COVID 19 pandemic. For updates, visit thronefactory.com/update/. The website worked then. Just tried it again today 8/25 and its unavailable. I called the Customer Service number and left a message. I want my chairs or money and COVID is not an excuse because I ordered and paid for these way before COVID was a thing. Almost on month 9 and I ordered on month 1 User's recommendation: Do not buy from them, just pay regular price.
