Never open and I can’t use my package

I have a sunless tanning package and every time I visit ultra tan in Winston Salem at Harper hills common the door is locked but it says open with lights on inside but no one is there. I don’t want to keep paying for a package I can’t use. No one will answer the phones at customer service and their mailboxes are all full.
