I reserved a 26’ truck for a cross country move to be told the morning of my move that the truck was not available. Period. My move had to be postponed...to another month, another truck rental company and my hotels along the route had to be cancelled at my expense. In a nutshell, a reservation for a budget truck rental across the country is meaningless. Conversations with customer service were fruitless. This company could not care less.
