Never go to talk to anyone

Got the recording, but i had question and i didn't have my bill. So, i couldn't get thru to talk to a human being. You need a prompt to request to talk to someone. We are havi g our sewer line replaced today, and Pl lumber said our gas line needed to be replaced whilè trench was open, and i needed to know what that would cost.
