Update by user Apr 22, 2018 I meant just “hire” a cleaning company- not “hired”. That was a typo. Original review posted by user Apr 22, 2018 I have called repeatedly to have them just come out and clean the sofa. The first time I called we played phone tag twice, I work for a living so can’t always get to the phone. They left a number for me to text them. I text them. Nothing. I get a voicemail weeks later saying they are closing the claim because they were unable to make an appointment. I have since called and always get an answering service, no replies on the phone number given to text them, and have complained to Mor furniture who sold me the loveseat and the insurance plan and not even they will do anything about it. Not worth it. Just hired a cleaner when and if you need it, don’t pay the money for insurance that you can’t use.
