Neurology Clinic Operations Manager RUDE!

My botox appt for Fri was cancelled due to not being notified about a copay in advance. I suffered from a migraine Tues & Wed and still had a headache Thurs & Fri. The clinic manager Nadie rudely gave the spill that it was in black & white & payment is due at the time of service. I asked her to show me the recondo with the date it was ran & the documentation of when either neurology or pre arrival contacted me with my estimate. Her excuse was there is no way every pt can be contacted. I explained if every pt is expected to pay at time of service then every pt needs to be notified in advance. I would've come prepared to pay if even a simple voicemail was left, in addition my account is not flagged as bad debt. Her reply was simply "I dont look at the status of the accounts & I'm not going to waive the fee & I needed to reschedule. In the meantime I've suffered Fri & Sat with a migraine. To not take accountability that the situation could of been avoided is not pt focused care. To be in a leadership role, Nadie lacks in her people skills!
