How hard it is to travel? I am willing to pay for any amount for the service of delivery of my credit card and I was expecting it for almost a week. Since now that my card is for RETURN, it will be another year of waiting for me for a credit card approval. I hope that this matter be resolved and I hope that it will never happen again. My address is complete and I dot have a street address because our house is just near/along the highway, I may understand if the address on my parcel was wrong but I called you guys many times to confirm that it as correct and accurate. I called BDO to update my personal information and provide my contact no. how ever you guys have diverted my parcel for return, this broke my heart, I have waited for a year for this credit card and now you just made me feel bad about the incompetence of your delivery partner.
