Needed Assistance Over Phone At Arlington VA Staples

I saw a Rolodex online at your Arlington VA Staples Store and contacted them on the phone at 9:03 a.m. @ 2/27/19. A Hispanic Lady who didn't speak English well answered the phone. My question to her was I see a Rolodex online at Staples, Arlington VA, can you tell me if you have it in stock along with the index cards. She did not understand me, she put me on hold and another Hispanic Lady answered the phone to tell me the Lady I just spoke to said "We don't have any Rolodex Tables. I told the 2nd Hispanic Lady, that I was not looking for a Table, I was looking for a Rolodex with the Index cards. Then she gets a young lady on the phone, who said she was the Supervisor, but did not want to give me her name, she spoke English. She asked me what was the problem, before I could finish telling her, she quickly cut me off. Again, as I tried to explain to her, she cut me off again, she was very obnoxious. I would never buy anything at that location. They need people who can speak English and Customer Service Training.
