Need to unlock my Ria account

Hi Team, I am currently in India.I need to transfer money from my USA account to India account.Unfortunately my ria money transfer account got locked.I also tried reaching ria customer care and I was waiting more than an hour.Still my call was not answered.so writing this message.Please help me in this to unlock my account.You can also call me at +91 9962****54.
