I have already written to your company about the fact that my NeckRelax just doesn't work at all even after having techno savvy friends checked my initial installation of batteries etc. and agreed, it just doesn't work. I received e-mails back from your customer offering me a new product etc. Then the e-mails stopped. I just want to return this product and GET MY MONEY BACK! I am a widow living on a small social security stipend and the money I paid for this defective item is far more than I can afford if it's not going to work. PLS REFUND MY MONEY. User's recommendation: Do not buy. Not only is product defective but their customer service is a nightmare.
