Need to pay for phone

I got phone from freedom long time ago. That i had switched to rogers and i need to pay off for my phone the rest of money . My name is prem singh sidhu and phone was 778917****. Date of birth jan 05 1994 Can you please tell me how to pay it off. Customer service was not anle to help me
