NEED TO KNOW WHEN STOCK ITEM IS EXPECTED IN ORDER TO COORDINATE A KITCHEN CONTRACTOR

iSell # 38663**** date june 7, 2021 for delivery June 18, 2021. on hold for over an hour at several times to learn when stock available in order to advise the contractor to finalize & finish our kitchen. Answers unavailable online, at store, useless chat or unanswered telephone marketing noise. If unavailable to date, why was it sold to us with an inaccurate, misleading advised date and allow our expectation to schedule the installer (getting frustrated to finish and move on) and having to purchase and store from harm, additional parts needed with the 802.653.98 base cabinet ??? We have had years of good experience with IKEA inventory and services. WHAT THE *** CHANGED ???
