Need status on a filed baggage claim

Traveled from New York to San José Costa Rica, upon collecting my luggage I noticed the wheel broken off. I called over an Agent he took a picture and said he would submit it and I should file the claim..and so I did on 3/03/20 complaint # 200303****09909 no updates received and can't get to SPEAK to ANYONE...That's why I'm a Pissed Consumer..PLEASE HELP..
