Need parts for lawn mower

I have a craftsman lawn mower that I just bought this year. One of the parts got recked and I need a new one. I was dealing with Sears direct parts and have received three parts and none of them have the threads in them. It has been 3 times the same part with no threads. I'm not a happy person. It's been three weeks now. They told me to call you, because they dont know why I'm not getting the right part. Kathy
