I recently brought from your website fifa20 for xbox one s. I brought it as a guest While I tried to activate the game with the code (25 characters) I got a message to contact the seller because the code doesn't fit to my region. I attached a image that demonstrate the problem. Please help me to solve the problem so I can purchase another game :-) My order number is 019628**** My email that I purchased is tzviki.kuznitz@***.com If you can't activate the game for me I would like a full refund. I don't understand why it takes to long to solve the problem Regards, Tzvi
