New product that doesn’t run

Worry if you have a problemWoI waited one month for a ice maker. It doesnt work. Edgestar wants to send a tech out, but we now have this product for 2 weeks and nothing Horrible experience.

Short run life of drink cooler

Drink cooler +/- 5 yrs old, used 3-4 months per year, stopped cooling. Attempted to purchase parts from Edgestar and was informed parts not available. When I addressed the short run life and lack of parts Edgestar’s response is they are only responsible for their products during active warranty. Poor products, inept management.
