I logged a return with Dorothy Perkins to return item by Drop2Shop but unfortunately QR Code failed to download and I was directed to Customer Service, I have emailed andp tried phoning still waiting for help with this problem. Since I already logged return it's not allowing me to try with same return again. Would appreciate your help with this problem, thank you
