Need to cancel my account and get refunded back my $45.99 but every representative I speak with from GTL says it was a third party that took out the money but no one can seem to give me a name or number for this third party. In addition to I was mis-informed about what GTL was I had no idea it had to do with inmate services. I dont know anyone in jail and have never used the account so Im very upset that no one can help me close this account and get my $45.99 back can someone please give me the name & number of this third party connected to GTL so I can cancel this account and get my refund! Please!!!!! User's recommendation: My recommendation to future customers? DONT USE GTL. JUST DONT.
