I didn't like my response to read the manual....the manual can't answer a question if I talk to someone....this needs to be solved....I believe we need live customer service....I'm not a happy camper with Masterbuilt customers service.....

I would also like to talk to a living person, and not send emails. I don't understand why they are doing this..
