My Samsung 4 door refrigerator !

My Samsung 4 door refrigerator had a freezing issue .I contacted American home shield as we have their insurance.The first tech who visited said its difficult to figure out the issue and left without answering my questions . The second tech came and ordered a new compressor , condenser and two more things . This took the company 3 months to send us the parts , after which the same tech came for service the 3rd time . He switched off my partially functioning refrigerator . After spending almost 3 hours on my refrigerator, he said that its not going to work . I am left with no refrigerator . No one is answering my calls . American home shield is a a irresponsible-company d!company . User's recommendation: Save your self from the trouble do not buy American home shield insurance.
