First off my ride was horrible I couldnt use the bathroom on bus cause it was nasty and then when I arrived in Charlotte NC I was told Ill be going to Raleigh and on to Fayetteville but unknown to my surprise Im headed back to Winston Salem again and no one would give me an answer as to why Im going backwards two hour Im disabled and Im not a happy person Im very dissatisfied customer and please can yall make it make sense to me unhappy Carolyn hough
