My returns not put back on my account

I returned three items in one parcel but only the dress was taken off ny account The Adidas gown & the very gown was not taken off,please remove these items from my account as all was returned in the one parcel . You could not receive one without the other two as all three items was In the same parcel. Please amend my account to reflect this as my payment is due by 13,6 21 and I want my correct balance to pay.
