I wasnt able to get anywhere with Tracfone since they disconnected my account! I returned my cell phone to Tracfone since I had only purchased it June 2021. Well see if I get a refund! Last week I purchased the same cell phone through Boost Mobile with no problems so far. I made the mistake of doing business with a cell phone company without an email address for their customers! customer User's recommendation: Don’t buy any phones or service through Tracfone! Terrible customer service by their phone line or chat line.
