I received my portable ac 6/9/21 I put water in it, set the speed when I left for 10 mins I returned home to find that my room was not even cooling off doesnt blow out any cold air, so for me I can easily said its a joke good thing I didnt buy 2 of them, so I am very disappointed in the product. User's recommendation: Don’t purchase one, it’s just a gimmick.
