My phone never made it for delivery to my house

My phone was switched out I pay the deductible for another one it was being shipped out on the 22nd of July 2021 and never made it and now I look at the tracking number with UPS and it was sent back I don't know why I didn't make it to my address I have no idea but I'm trying to figure out because I need that phone I already paid the $80 deductible
