My Payment Contract

When I went to Aspen Dental for my first visit in April of this year, After exray, Dr. Ragland was not the one that decided on the type of work I needed done first on my teeth. My last visit, Dr. Ragland told me that I need a root canal done.This contract of payments you have is all wrong. Thelma Franklin
