I requested to get 3 parcels sent back up from a place called devil Developments in England Littlehampton, which I paid for and put insurance on them to cover if lost . I ended up getting 2 of the parcels sent back from yourselfs and 1 parcel still hasn't been sent back . I have quiered why this hasn't been returned to myself and ups in Newhaven have admitted they collected all 3 parcels from devil developments and now they don't know where the 3rd parcel has went to . It is the biggest parcel out the 3 thats went missing. They haven't been any help whatsoever in finding this parcel for me its a 20kg parcel how can you lose this parcel that big ? The stress you have caused me and my partner . The parcel that yous have lost cost alot of money and I'm getting no help at all .. its lost between Newhaven ups and tamworth ups I believe as thats what the manager from ups Newhaven said! I am frustrated thats been more than a week now and I'm no where further forward. User's recommendation: Don't use parcelhero or ups !!
