My package delivered to wrong address

They sent my package to wrong address. I would like to know why? This is the second time that happened to my shipment. It should go to Rue 40 Bas Fort Liberte, Petit-Goave, Haiti. Like it is on the receipt they gave me. I sent it since 02/23/2021 and it got in Haiti since 02/24/2021. Yesterday they it somewhere in North side of Haiti Why is that?
