My order was sold

I call to do a over the phone order the girl appliances try to help but seem clueless how to ring up a customer at her desk so mgs Chris got involved . He then struggle they rebooted computer the I said can't you just go to customer service to do this I had already been waiting 30 mins on the phone . He stated all terminals are down I said so your telling me all your registers are down hecsaid let me go up front and check so he hung up . I called back got a manager name Jeff helped he rang m me me up located items rang me up
