My order not being recognized

I ordered over $400 in items from Belle Wholesale on the 28th of July, 2021. I received an invoice number 112021****00000109**** from Belle Wholesale. I received no email from you and my money was taken off my card. When I go back onto your website I found 2 problems! One (1) your site states I have no orders and two (2) your support page takes me to a IV Rose support site. They keep telling me that I do not have an order with them and that I need to contact the store I ordered from. Can we rectify this as money has been taken for an order that doesn't exist on your site. Please help ASAP!!
