Update by user Jan 03, 2020 I didn’t EVER GET AN answer to emails, texts or calls. So I sent them an email CANCELLING N GOT INTOUCH EITH MY BANK ON THIS SCAM , Which I feel they are. Well, all of a sudden I start receiving emails that product delivered, which my granddaughter never got, and which I ordered from different company, small-wheels Hoverboard’s, which my granddaughter did get. I wrote bk to their email, sending copies of my email cancelling and calls made for a month with no answer from them..... Well now they saying I need to pay n it was delivered, which don’t know where n asked hem for what signature given, no answer from them, just COLLECTION WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU..... HOW DARE THEY. FEEL SCAMMED N NOW HARASSING.... And still nothing.... I have paid $219.00 this is a present for my granddaughter and ordered several wks ago, so she could get on her bday which was yesterday Dec.3rd..... I am VERY UPSET...
