My new smartphone will not activate.

I received model U693CL on May 27, and it would not activate. I sent 2 e-mails to Assurance Wireless on May 28, and 1 on June 1, and another on June 2. They have not replied to my e-mails. I do not have a second phone to call or get calls from Customer Service. Also, I live in a senior building, I am 78, and the residents will not let other people use their phone because of Covid-19. There must be a problem with my account information.
