My name is Brandon Tysinger bought fusion cell cam and worked for a week and customer service iwant help I want a new cam if I don’t get one !! 843605**** somebody call me that will help. Being nice

Bought back in June 2021, worked for a week then stopped want even come on. Called customer service and lady told me cam is fried she would have another sent to me. She said it would be 5 to 7 days for cam to get to me. I waited almost a month called 2nd time a lady answered I told her what happened and also that I have been waiting for cam she told me that she would get one to me right away and no cam still. Called 3rd time She wanted proof of purchase I sent her my receipt and was told ok sending NO CAM! Terrible User's recommendation: Not right now. I will rate this company as soon as I here and see how they handle my situation!!!
