I have points I want to spend I have tried several times I don't have a smart phone my wife and myself are in our 70's and would like to spend the points which we were saving up for Christmas. After several failed attempts and ringing customer services and asking in store it appears no help is available. I am disgusted at the total lack of assistance in store, online and phone calls. User's recommendation: If you lose your points shop at Lidl or Aldi.
