Im israeli but i study in Italy , so i had my flight from Tel aviv to Athens and after that to Rome I had a long flight with a connection , in Rome when i got it i realized that the 4th wheel is broken and I couldnt move it , and it had a black scars that I didnt had it before the flight ! i had to carry all my stuff ( 23kg ) alone ! Because someone of your staff broke my luggage i was really disappointed because i like very much your service and im your client , and i had to go from Rome to my Living city (Chieti) that two hours of distance carrying all my stuff because i was with a broken wheel I can send you more photos but cant find your mail !
