My Instagram account disable when I didn’t even do anything I need information regarding that

I had a private Instagram account I had a very limited numbers of followers I didnt have any fake followers nor I uploaded any kind of disgusting photos and I was just normal using my account somehow my Instagram account got banned I had my chats and people over there so I would like Facebook to help me with it Since Facebook on Instagram now.it would be very appreciative if I could contacted as soon as possible
