My initial issue was never resolved!

Nobody, including management has reached out to properly address my initial complaint as was promised when I called their national customer service line twice, and I accepted a gift card for "my time" (which I had to post all over social media to get) but there's still the fact that I never received the original order I placed or a refund and this issue was somehow marked resolved? How? I only opened a dispute after six weeks of waiting for contact. This was such a terrible experience. Your company has atrocious customer service and just bad faith business practices. All I wanted was to try your restaurant that my neighbor raved about and treat myself and my mother to a nice lunch, but instead I've been ignored, humiliated and not taken seriously. I will continue to tell everyone I know about my experience with Wingstop.
