When i mix the product it was very liquidity still. Put on my hair left for only 15 minutes I literally put a timer. When i rinsed my hair some was coming off and the rest was elastic. Half of my hair was very short and a little portion was long. I dunno where or what the *** happen but will never use this product again. I was lefted very upset and now insecure with hardly no hair. Cant even do a ponytail. Just horrible wish i would of read the reviews before i really bought this... User's recommendation: Not at all.
