Wires were hanging out of the dryer upon delivery. Had to return. Called up to Lowes. They could not assist with getting another delivery rescheduled because the dryer had not been returned to the store. Claimed I would have to get a refund in order to get the dryer from a different store. Terrible customer service. Nobody can give me a straight answer on anything. User's recommendation: Go to home Depot.
