I ordered hippity hop hailey over week ago .just days ago i had a email saying item delivered. When i know for certsin it wasnt because i was home wide awake looking outside for ups truck. Called paradise galleries and UPS and i got the run around both times. I feel like i lost out on my doll and my $80 , as i wasnt even offer a refund, i will not buy from PG again i rather ashton drake
