Original review updated by user Aug 14, 2021 My Doctor placed incorrect information in my medical record and was very rude towards me during the last visit. So after the visit I had to tell him, via sending him a message, that his information he wrote was inaccurate and I am requesting that you update my information. I received a message back, he would include the correct information but I have not seen it. There is no apology for calling me Obese, mis-information in my file, his insensitivity and very snarky rude remarks that were NOT accurate! The entire appointment felt as though he had NO honorable time for me whatsoever. I refuse to let this go, in ALL my years I have never been treated so rudely and carelessly by anyone in the Healthcare System. User's recommendation: Make certain that you look at all your information and put it all in writing to your Doctor and take it further.
