Our bed was purchased on 3-13-21. Our delivery date has now been pushed for a 3rd time. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything quite frankly and would like to speak with someone immediately regarding a refund. I have call the Frederick store all day and they hang up. This is a disgrace and you should not be able to run a business like this. I will be notifying BBB regarding my situation. User's recommendation: Do not buy furniture from Value City Frederick, MD.
