My chainsaw has only 5 hours on it and had to be taken to repair shop.

I dropped my saw at ProTool in Goshen,NY on February 17. They in turn sent said saw to a repair shop they use( meanwhile ProTool are the repair shop Poulan Pro sent me to). Today is June 3 and my saw still is not fixed. Poulan Pro has refused to even consider giving me a refund or a store credit so I may purchase another saw. Ive owned this particular saw since June 2018... warranty expires this month. Im extremely frustrated since I spent 191.36 on this saw. I will NEVER own ANYTHING Poulan makes again in my lifetime. They do not stand behind their products and when you are able to speak with customer service they are not very helpful. User's recommendation: Don’t waste your t.
