I had misplaced my card, so I called them to let them know a couple of days later I found it, so I tried to pay my phone online I it wouldn't go through 'so I called Rush card and told them that why my card wouldn't work so when they ask me for my information I gave it to them and when I gave them my phone number they said that's not the phone number they have on file, so I gave them two other number that I had, and they said that does were not it I told them I have change my number like every other month I don't remember which number it could be so for that reason not knowing the phone number they have on file they won't unblock my card. User's recommendation: Make sure you always remember your information because it sucks not able to get it to your account when you need it.
