My salesman told me hed call me once my plates were in for my car I bought. He never did. I finally called the dealership a few days before my plates were due to expire and the lady tells me they had been there awhile. I turned in a car I still was paying for over to the dealership. Signed paperwork that stated I am no longer responsible for it. The car loan company has impounded the car. Said the account is still open. Ive spoken with the general manager 2xs and both times he assured me it would be taken care of. I called the loan company today and my account is still open. They said no one had called to verify that I no longer am responsible for the car. User's recommendation: Poor customer service from the salesman to the general manager.
