I signed up for your service on April 4th 2021 and decided to cancel on April 11,2021. A charge for $5.99 was w/d on 4/4/21 from my account. I made the request to cancel before the week was out. I never received any conformation and noticed on May 4th another payment was taken from my account that I asked to be cancelled. I do not want your service or any items that you said I would receive yet have not. User's recommendation: this is a very dishonest company. I tried to cancel my subscription within 6 days and never heard from this company and only realized that the order had not been cancelled when a second monthly payment appeared on my bank statement. since then , I went back on line and tried with success to cancel this subscription and was told that if I cancel that since this is a year long contract I would be charged $59.90 which was said to be the remaining amount I would owe to get out of this deal. The deal never said I would not receive anything but as it turns out I've donated $71.88 to this organization since April 4th and got nothing but silence and a big headache. I would like a full refund and an apology.
