Update by user Nov 13, 2020 Today I spoke with a representative from cyber power pc and he assured me a new part will be put into my computer and sent right away. Original review updated by user Oct 31, 2020 Apparently the mother board is no good which caused the screen to be distorted and unusable. I had to send it back after one day of use. Two payments later I still dont have it. All they tell me is part is on back order. They dont offer any solutions to the problem at all. Ridiculous!, User's recommendation: Think twice before buying something from them. Just hope and pray there is no problems with your purchase.
