My app is not opening
I would like support to help solve my problem. As much as I tried yesterday to open my Duolingo app, I was not successful. I press on the icon, and it quickly turns off. I was able to open it when I somehow went to your website and put in my email and password; however, I could not open it from my IPad or IPhone.
