My account is showing as in bankruptcy but it was not included. I continued to pay off my car for 2 1/2 years

Original review updated by user Mar 05, 2021 I talked to customer service and they told me I would be ok if I paid the car off. The car is showing incorrectly on my credit report. I finished paying it off completely in August 2020 as per the original contract as of 2014. Please remove this from my record. User's recommendation: Don’t believe what they say to you, get it in writing.
